Our members- vendors, retailers, companies, freelancers and the end users i.e. the customers enroll and get into an agreement with us. Under the agreement we take the best of offers, discounts and other promotional schemes to the end users by advertising them through Short Messaging Service (SMS) and our website www.OMantra.com. We deal with the Value + privilege card and provide every new member with a card that can be used as his identification of being with us. We enroll various big and medium sized retailers and other companies to mobilize the card among the general Public.
All the promotional schemes are totally according to the discretion of the vendor and we don’t have any control on them and therefore we are not obliged to take any responsibility if any of the schemes is altered/discontinued.
We also reserve the right to make any changes anytime with regards to the continuation of various schemes.
If you are a vendor then you should have a registered business.
All the members whether Vendors, Retailers, hyper markets, super markets, freelancers and companies should agree to comply with all the national, regional, provincial, local or any other laws that are applicable to this particular business model and should strictly adhere to the same.
You must provide correct details of your business, occupation, company status and the kind of business you are into. OMantra has every right to verify the authenticity of the information provided by you.
The vendor should be able to let us know the best of offers, discounts and promotions and only then he/she would be eligible to get the optimum mileage out of the service provided by us.
For the end users i.e. the consumers it is compulsory that they carry the coupon codes and the Value + Privilege card along with them whenever they approach a vendor to avail an offer. Nothing stated under this program is transferable.
The Value + Privilege Card can be used by that person only in whose name the card has been registered.
You should be in a business that does not deal with any thing contrary to what is permissible by law or something that is termed as banned or illegal.
OMantra is just a facilitator and acts as a platform, to take your methods to promote yourself to the target audience, therefore the total onus of responsibility rests with the vendor to make sure that all that is provided/supplied to OMantra is legal and does not involve any fraud or misappropriation. If found guilty the vendor is wholly responsible for his/she acts and he/she shall not have any right to involve OMantra.com
OMantra enjoys every right to suspend services if the vendor is found to be indulging in any fraud, misappropriation or something that is contrary to law or agreement.
OMantra does not make any warranty that
OMantra is just a FACILITATOR, helping vendors take their ideas to promote their business and brand. Facilitating retailers, hyper marts, super markets and freelancers earn their commission strictly according to the business that they have from selling OMantra products. Facilitating companies provide their employees an option to save a certain amount when they spend some amount by purchasing our Value + Privilege Card. Facilitating the customer in gaining some benefits by advertising about the various offers and discounts that the vendors inform us from time to time. Other than the activities stated above, OMantra is absolved of any other liability.
The Terms and Conditions between you and OMantra and any relationship that arises shall be strictly governed by the laws of the state of Andhra Pradesh. You and OMantra agree to take any legal issue that might arise in the future to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad.
The agreement that is concluded between OMantra and you is understood to have been come into force after both the parties have clearly understood the clauses and cleared any misunderstandings or discrepancies that have been found in the agreement. The final agreement that is signed between OMantra and the members clears off and takes total precedence over all the documents, agreements, receipts etc. that have been signed or agreed to before the signing of the final agreement copy.
Any failure from OMantra’s side to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by us in writing.
If any part mentioned in these terms and conditions and the agreement is unenforceable (including any provision by which OMantra excludes its liability to the Member), the enforceability of any other part of these Terms will not be affected.
It Understood that you had agreed for all the terms and condition state above after getting into the agreement with OMantra.
